Demonstrate the awareness, attitude, knowledge, and skills required to equitably engage and include people from different local and global cultures. Engage in anti-racist practices that actively challenge the systems, structures, and policies of racism.

- Get connected on campus.
- Research career resources and social justice.
- Connect or follow an organization on LinkedIn.
- Attend a workshop or discussion hosted by the Institute for Cultural Unity or the Women's Leadership Center.
- Complete a task of your choice that represents equity and inclusion in your field. NOTE: Before committing to a task, check in with the Career Development Center to have it approved.
Example Behaviors
- Solicit and use feedback from multiple cultural perspectives to make inclusive and equity-minded decisions.
- Actively contribute to inclusive and equitable practices that influence individual and systemic change.
- Advocate for inclusion, equitable practices, justice, and empowerment for historically marginalized communities.
